Two Shilo residents were working their fields near Tel Shilo, the biblical tourist site located near the bottom of the Shomron community, when they were attacked by four Arabs and four left-wing Israelis on Wednesday morning.

One of the two, Yaakov Shavit, was punched in his face and required medical attention. He was transported to a Jerusalem hospital. One of the Arabs involved in the unprovoked assault was detained by police.
