Authorities report a 15-year-old male Ramallah resident apprehended at the Kalandia Checkpoint along Jerusalem’s northern border on Monday morning was planning a terror attack.

The young terrorist was armed with a makeshift gun and a number of knives, admitting he was indeed planning a terror attack in the capital.

This was the second terrorist on his way to perpetrate an attack in the capital apprehended at the Kalandia Ckpt. in the past week.
