The rain and cold winter weather did not deter residents of Maale Levona, who were out in large numbers on Monday, preventing IDF Civil Administration inspectors from entering the community for the second time today. This was also the case in Revava as residents of Yehuda and Shomron seek to prevent the government from implementing its stop-construction policy.
Interestingly, teenage girls ran the show in both of the above-mentioned communities on Monday, blocking the paths of stop-construction inspectors, who were basically trapped until Yassam tactical cops arrived, clearing the area.
As was the case last week in other communities when inspectors attempted to serve stop-construction orders, residents and community leaders accused police of using unjustifiable force and unacceptable actions in dealing with female protestors. The same was true today.
