Tefillos are requested on behalf of Rishon L’Tzion HaRav Mordechai [Tzemach ben Mazel] Eliyahu Shlita, who remains in serious condition in an intensive care unit in Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Medical Center.

Rav Eliyahu’s condition recently deteriorated, compelling his admission to the hospital. During the past years, we have witnessed miraculous recoveries as the Rav was resuscitated from cardiac arrest a number of times, with his condition improving to the point where he was discharged to return home and resume a limited schedule.

The Rav’s family and gabba’im continue to stress the need for tefillos, reminding Am Yisrael of the awesome power our tefillos can have.
