The following is a translation of the letter sent to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu by residents of Kibbutz Kfar Etzion, in Gush Etzion, in response to the construction freeze.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu,
We were shocked to learn of the Ministerial Security Committee decision halting all construction throughout Yehuda and Shomron. We view the move a slap in the face to the settlement movement in Eretz Yisrael.
Compounding the seriousness of the decision is the cabinet vote to not only freeze future projects, but also those already approved by the authorized agencies, including building sites in communities in which NIS millions were spent on preparing the groundwork for the construction and contracts to move ahead were signed.
As being among the first of the communities in Yehuda and Shomron, returning to Gush Etzion 42 years ago, with the mission of rebuilding our fathers’ homes destroyed in the War of Independence and to return the sons to their borders. We call upon you on behalf of the entire settlement movement to cancel this abhorrent decree, which carries profound ramifications, national degradation, as well as a gross violation to basic rights.
Together, seeing the big picture, we ask that you address the specific situation in Kfar Etzion, which serves as an example for tens of communities and thousands of started building projects of new housing units.
The expansion plans have been in the works for years, and they have been approved and filed with all appropriate agencies. The work began a year ago at the cost of NIS millions, funds from the community chest as well as the individual families.
Behold, now you threaten it all with stop-construction orders, referring to authorized legal building projects. As such, this threatens to throw NIS millions of invested private and community funds in the trash, years of efforts that one cannot affix a price tag.
We demand that you immediately rescind the order, this disgrace. You are invited to our homes, or to meet with us in any location. Instead of sending inspectors carrying administrative decrees that will revert us from loyal law-abiding settlers and citizens of the state to law-breakers. We see that we are at least entitled to this basis right.

These are the modern day heroes of our people. If Netanyahu does not rescind his immoral, illegal, racist, anti-Jewish decree he will suffer a fate like those of his two predecessors.
Kfar Etzion residents have written their letter to the wrong person.
They should have directed their letter to Obama, who is the Svengali behind this evil decree.
Netanyohu is just a puppet on a string, blackmailed and controlled by Obama..

Our US TAX $$$$ is funded illegal Arab building throughout Yehuda and Shomron. Let our American politicans know what are views are — and vote for those that support Israel and its moral right to build anywhere in the country.
Bibi has not gained an iota of support from the American or Europeans , the majority of nations stand behind a Palistenian State with its capital in Jerusalem. A settlement freeze, as the disasterous disengagement from Gaza is not buying friendship or understanding from anyone. (Abbas is laughing and waiting for the next Israel concession).
