The husband of a woman stabbed in a terrorist attack last week in a Kiryat Arba gas station is under house arrest, and he may be facing charges of attempted murder.
The woman and a second victim, a male, sustained light-to-moderate injuries in the stabbing attack. The terrorist was listed in serious condition upon arrival in the trauma unit of Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.
Authorities are now reporting that video footage of the incident shows the husband repeatedly running over the terrorist with his Mercedes Benz even after he was shot by a soldier who witnessed the attack. Authorities add the video shows bystanders yelling “Dudi stop!”
Shai police district officials have transferred the file of Dudi Mizrachi to the prosecutor, indicating he is now being held under house arrest, suspected of attempted murder.
Both of the victims of the attack were released from hospital. The terrorist is reported in serious/stable condition.

This seems preposterous – the terrorist wanted to murder him, and maybe it was so traumatic that he didn’t know that the threat was neutralized until the attacker was stopped for good, and he used the only defensive weapon he had available to him?
How many cases like the terrorist in the bulldozer continue to murder innocents even after being shot once, if this victim was even aware that the terrorist had been shot?
Disgrace. In other countries people are paid for ensuring there is no garbage left on the streets.
Seems reasonable. The terrorist killed no one, was already wounded, and was already captured by the army. That he is under house arrest suggests the prosecutor doesn’t see this as a very serious case (the man probably has a good temporary insanity defence, and a lack of premeditation, so it is simply assault). Under halacha, it would be unlawful to kill someone in such a situation. It’s also bad politics since Israel wants prisoners they can exchange.

Anyone in their right mind would know that upon seeing his wife stabbed by a terrorist, the husband went into shock. He did not hear anyone screaming stop. He was in shock. When one is in such a state, they do not have control of their senses.Anybody here ever been in a terrorist attack? If yes, you would understand.
