Over 30 people were killed and over 125 injured in the devastating bomb attack against the Sinai resorts, including the Taba Hilton. Some of the dead and injured were Israelis.

Family members of victims are now seeking compensation, taking their case against the international Hilton chain to the Jerusalem District Court, where they are seeking NIS 70 million in damages.

The suit maintains Hilton security officials failed to provide adequate protection and to take steps to prevent the attack.
