In an original move, the state plans to sue three inhabitants of the Shvut Ami outpost to pay compensatory damages to cover the cost of sending soldiers to remove them from the unauthorized community and to raze the structures.
The state maintains the residents of the outpost resisted the eviction, causing damage, adding the eviction incurs expense.
The state is seeking to implement a new norm, explaining the outposts are established without authorization and the move compels authorities to act, which involves expense, and now the state feels the residents of outposts should be compelled to flip the tab.
