A 90-year-old man died of swine flu in Sheba Medical Center in Tel Aviv. The victim arrived at the hospital four days earlier, presenting with pneumonia. After tests confirmed swine flu, Tamiflu was administered but the pharmacological intervention was unsuccessful. Health ministry officials report the death was the 53rd attributed to swine flu.
