Despite recent statistics showing the average household spends less on food, Tnuva and Tara have announced they plan to raise the price on dairy products by about 5%.

Tnuva’s 5% spreadable cheese will be NIS 6.45 instead of NIS 6.20; 500 gram cheese will sell for NIS 11.35 instead of NIS 10.70. Tara white spreadable 5% cheese will increase by 1.8%, from NIS 6.30 to NIS 6.43.

Similar price increases will be evident with the yogurt and children’s pudding lines.
