While the long-awaited swine flu vaccinations have arrived in Eretz Yisrael and are now available, the number of people seeking to be vaccinated is small, worrisome perhaps according to Health Ministry officials, who realize citizens fear unwanted side effects of the vaccination.
Health Ministry public relations official Yair Amikam believes in the coming weeks, more citizens will head for their vaccination as the ministry is in the midst of a public awareness campaign which among other things, should allay fears surrounding the prophylactic treatment.

It has been reported that some people have died from the shot. If you care about your life don’t get the shot. There are better ways to stay healthy.
i would never take this vaacine.
noone knows if its really safe.
for crying out loud, the shot is around for 3 months.
anyone know what the long-term effects are?
no.
on another note – i wonder if the muslims will take it….after all its called “swine” flue 🙂 🙂
Why must you be so racist?
Have you been so programmed that you cannot think for yourself?
That, is something you have in common with your perceived enemy.
As for the shot, I would personally avoid it as well. I’ve had one my entire life. A long and healthy life…
You’re Yeshiva. Here’s a chance to learn something.

how can you leave such comments. In over fifty thousand dosages that were given there were no serve reactions, unless your referring to 1976. People believe what you write so do your research first
I’m planning to go tomorrow.
Since I’m in a very high-risk group (young adult + chronic lung disease), I should have gone a LONG time ago… I know that if I get the disease, I could R”L be included in the body count. The risk in being vaccinated is still a lot lower than the risk in catching the disease.
where is the moderater?
