Authorities involved in the case against Yaakov Teital report the arrest of a neighbor, another resident of Shvut Rachel, 47-year-old Yosef Espinoza, a father of two. Like Teital, Espinoza moved to Eretz Yisrael from the United States.
Police arrived at Shvut Rachel on Tuesday and took Espinoza into custody, bringing him to a ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) facility in Petach Tikvah. Authorities are indicating that he knew about Teital’s actions at the very least, and he may actually have played a role in the alleged acts of terror.
Neighbors told the media that he cannot be involved, explaining he works in construction and takes care of his family, not the correct profile for a terrorist. On the other hand, authorities point out that according to their information, he is Teital’s closest friend and an English speaker.
Investigators explain that due to his language limitations, Teital was not too involved with his Hebrew-speaking neighbors, and he and Espinoza are very close.
Authorities are now hinting that Teital may also have perpetrated a shooting attack in March of this year in which two policemen was killed, shot at point-blank range in the Jordan Valley. See the YWN-Israel report.

sounds like any unidentified terror crime that was done in the past years will be thrown on Teital
it is well known how the israeli police “decide” that someone did so and so and even “get him to admit”
