Kiryat Arba resident 51-year-old Shmuel Ben-Yisrael was indicted on charges of incitement in the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court on Monday. The charges pertain to his eviction from Gilad Farm in Shomron about a year ago, when he commented on security forces calling them the “Ishmael Defense Forces”, adding
we wish they all become the next Gilad Shalit and are slaughtered”.

The indictment makes mention of a subsequent interview Ben-Yishai gave to Arutz-7 in which he clarified his remarks, explaining they do not pertain to the entire IDF but only to soldiers who took part in the 2005 implementation of the so-called Disengagement Plan.
