High Court Blasts State on Partition Barrier Issue

Supreme Court Chief Justice Dorit Beinish had extremely harsh words for state officials, who took three years to implement a court ruling to reroute the security partition barrier near the communities of Azzoun and Nebi Elias.

After the petitioners requested the court find the state in contempt of court the state moved ahead and finally completed the work. Despite finally complying with the court order, Beinish censured officials for foot-dragging and intentionally ignoring the High Court. Justice Beinish instructed the state to pick up the legal fees of the petitioner as well, NIS 20,000.

The court ruled the areas expropriated by the state were not a security asset, but just to the benefit of expanding Jewish communities, ordering the partition barrier rerouted to place the areas in dispute back in PA hands.

  1. Dorit Beinish > the court IS “High” (I don’t know on what) but if she is a “JUSTICE”, then I am the tooth fairy! Since she is ALWAYS siding with our enemies, let her go live in Gaza! Maybe some yishmaeli there would want her as a 3rd or 4th wife to milk his goats.
