A stretcher march is taking place on behalf of captive IDF soldier Gilad Shalit in the shadow of reports that a deal may be reached in the coming weeks or months. Over 100 activists are marching in Yerushalayim on Monday, calling on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to “finish what you started” and bring Shalit home.

The youths, wearing Free Shalit tee-shirts, passed the Mt. Herzl Military Cemetery and the Prime Minister’s Residence, and they hope to be joined later in the day by the soldier’s father, Mr. Noam Shalit.
