According to a TGI poll surveying 2,897 people between the ages of 18-35, representing a cross-section of the nation’s Jewish population, 71.5% will be fasting on Yom Kippur Baruch Hashem.
The poll also shows that 85% believe in the importance of preserving yiddishkeit and tradition, the daily HaMevaser reports. 59.2% of respondents maintain a separation between meat and milk and 38.5% kiss the mezuzah when passing into a room.
