A 70-year-old woman was seriously injured when she exited her vehicle in Kfar Shmaryahu on Tuesday. After her vehicle was struck by another, she exited her vehicle to exchange information with the other driver. She was then struck by a passing vehicle. Witnesses called police and MDA and she was transported to Ichilov Hospital.
