Riders report that hundreds of people found themselves waiting at Jerusalem bus stops for the 402 bus on Wednesday night, families with children, but they just waited and waited. The few buses that passed were full to capacity, and they did not stop to permit riders to board.
The daily HaMevaser quoted irate passengers who phoned to explain the bus was full after the first stop and the driver explained he was instructed not to stop for other riders who would be compelled to stand, so he passed subsequent bus stops.

A very misleading heading, but it definitely made me want to read the article, wondering who had counted the 402 riders!?!

And one important piece of the artical was left out…….the ending….. How did they end up getting home?!?!
