During the Sunday morning weekly cabinet meeting, Minister of Religious Services (Shas) Yaakov Margi raised the issues of the fiscal crunch that has become the reality of many a Chabad House around the world, calling on the Israeli government to address the situation.

Margi told Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his fellow ministers that the government should feel compelled to act, to assist the Chabad Houses that serve the Jewish People worldwide.
