Even before the planned meeting between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Germany made her position clear, expressing absolute support for the ‘two-state solution’ and calling for an end to Israeli construction in the “occupied areas”, referring to yishuvim and communities throughout Yehuda and Shomron.
Government spokesman Klaus Vater called for to halt new building in “occupied areas”, placing increasing pressure on the prime minister before the meeting gets underway.

I AGREE! We should NOT build communities in “occupied areas” – if we EVER happen to be occupying any areas! The areas these germans are speaking of, however, are NOT “occupied areas”, they are part of the heartland or OUR land, of Eretz Yisrael, that, with HaSh-m’s help we were able to liberate from the yishmaelim in 1967. It would behoove the Israeli government to make this fact CRYSTAL CLEAR to the world!
