According to the London-based Guardian, the reports of “progress” and a “breakthrough” in talks between Jerusalem and the White House surround Israeli agreement to accept White House demands for a settlement freeze in exchange for President Barak Obama taking a firmer position regarding calls for sanctions against Iran.
The Guardian stated the US president will announce his breakthrough at the UN General Assembly in NYC on 23 Sept, or later in the week at the G-20 summit in Pittsburgh.
America is also expected to announce that talks between Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority) will resume by the end of next month.

& Israel is willing to trust the USA?
Wait a few minutes and the winds in DC will change to another direction. Obama operates on “Campaign” and not “President.”
If it was in the Guardian then it must be really authentic. Obviously.
