The Jerusalem District Court on Sunday morning will hear from social workers and others regarding the fitness of the Meah Shearim mom, who the state alleges abused and starved her infant son.

The prosecution continues to call for changing the terms of the mother’s house arrest following the handing down of a criminal indictment against her. The state is demanding that she be removed from her home, where she is taking care of her other four children, insisting her presence in Meah Shearim is compromising the state’s case.
