4:15PM IL: Checkpoints are operating in the center of the country, with police and other security forces inspecting car by car in light of credible reports that an IDF soldier may have been abducted by terrorists.
 
There are major traffic snarls in many areas, as checkpoints exist at the entrances to major cities and along the Green Line.
