The Human Rights Watch organization is releasing a report claiming the IDF killed 11 Arab civilians in Gaza during Operation Cast Lead, 5 women, 4 children and 2 males, despite the fact they were waving a white flag.

The report will be released globally as efforts continue to portray the IDF as an inhumane military body that ignores internationally accepted standards of warfare.

The Office of the IDF Spokesman released a statement that until the report is actually released, it prefers not to respond.
