Two teenagers were wounded lightly by terrorist gunfire at about 9:00pm on Wednesday night in Shomron while driving between Sinjel and Maale Levona, in the Benjamin Regional Council district.

The two, area residents, explained as they were traveling the driver of a vehicle pulled to the side flashed his lights, leading them to believe he was signaling for assistance. They stop alongside the vehicle and shots rang out, injuring two of the three passengers with shrapnel. The driver, who was uninjured, contacted emergency medical service personnel in nearby Maale Levona.

As was reported on Wednesday night, the wounded were transported to Shaare Zedek Medical Center. The IDF has not made arrests in the manhunt for the terrorists responsible for the attack.
