MK (Ichud HaLeumi) is questioning why Israeli security force is granting a free pass to terrorists attending the Bet Lechem Fatah Assembly rather than moving in and placing them in custody.
Towards realizing such a move, the opposition party MK is turning to the High Court of Justice to intervene, listing names of some of the participants over the over 2,000-strong assembly, terrorists wanted by the State of Israel for their heinous acts.
In the petition, Ben-Ari and his parliamentary aide, Itamar Ben-Gavir call on the court to instruct the attorney general, IDF chief of staff and Israel Police chief to explain immediately why they are not setting up a checkpoint at the entrance to the PA autonomous area to arrest the wanted terrorists. Ben-Ari is also seeking a court order prohibiting terrorists from passing through Israel via the Bet Lechem Crossing.

How DARE Ben-Ari act with LOGIC??? Doesn’t he know that Eretz Yisrael’s “government” is modelled on Chelm!?! To have the army and police move in to apprehend all these terrorist scum and thereby prevent future terror acts and Jewish deaths would totally go against Chelm-ish “logic” and undoubtedly call down the wrath of Israel’s leftists and of Obama HaMashiach.
