Arab Throws a Knife and Injures Jewish Worker

The incident occurred on Tuesday, in the Glatt Ohf factory in Atarot, an industrial park in the northern capital.

According to a report released by Mishpacha (Hebrew), an Arab factory worker threw a knife, which struck a Jewish worker, injuring him lightly. According to the manager, Benny Epstein, “the motive for the incident is not known”, adding the worker received two days off with pay and the Arab was dismissed. The Arab male was questioned by police, along with a number of other Arab workers. He claimed the knife simply flew out of his hand.

Epstein adds that in the plant’s 16 years of  operating, nothing like this ever happened, adding he employs 250 Arabs, all with proper working permits.
