Unfortunately, there are no new developments regarding the reported imminent release of Yosef as was reported earlier in Israel. According to Ladaat, it is now reported the situation does not appear to be moving forward and the bachor’s parents are quite distressed over this realization.
The report adds that a request for confirmation from the Justice Ministry was met with a response that ministry officials cannot discuss the case.
YWN Israel reminds readers that Migdal Ha’emek Chief Rabbi Yitzchak Dovid Grossman Shlita confirmed that Justice Minister Prof. Yaakov Ne’eman signed an official request and the rav stated information points to the bachor being transferred to Israel to serve his sentence.

What’s happening to the other boys?
Rabbosai,
Are we so conditioned by modern society that we expect results to pop up like microwaved popcorn? The legal process of extradition is slow and requires mountains of paperwork. The boy’s extradition has been signed, thank G-d: we must now show savlanus and recognize that the askanim did their histadlus. The results will come!
if the paper was signed then why cant he go?
if it was official last week that he would be extradited the next week then wat changed?
