High Court Justices Edmond Levy, Edna Arbel and Miriam Na’or on Wednesday ordered the state to present a timetable for the destruction of the Derech HaAvot outpost in the Gush Etzion area. The court gave the state 90 days to produce the document.

In response, the state explained that while the outpost is unauthorized and unplanned, and it sits on undesignated land, its removal simply has not been a high priority.
