The controversial Meah Shearim mom tell reporters that one cannot even begin to understand the hell she endured during her time in jail, not to mention the pain and suffering surrounding her son’s ordeal.
Today, five months pregnant, she is significantly more relaxed, back at home with her family. Her son is now in a hospital in central Israel, transferred from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, and it appears that he too will be returning home in the coming days.
The questions surrounding the case are many, with some failing to understand how this toddler who was so ill and malnourished has suddenly returned to health and is heading home.
The family insists the son was the “victim” of Hadassah Hospital and the Toldos Aaron community vows not to permit the matter to rest until a state inquiry into the entire ordeal is launched.

What???!!! the Toldot Aharon is asking for a “state iquiry”…. My question is from which “State” since they HATE the State of Israel so much. Also, why isn’t anybody speaking about the welfare of the child in question. Now the Shrink retracted his assesment of this “mother” and now everybody is saying that he got treatened by the Gov., Hosp., and the “zionist”. So much talking of people claiming to know her and her family, but at the end B”H the truth will come out and WE will See who is lying here and who is telling the truth………..
“mom describes…”
well wheres the description?!?!?!?!

Here we go again we are busy trying to see whose right.Make yourself right and that will be enough!
Refuah Shelayma to the son!!
This is such a confusing story to try to make heads or tails of. I am not sure if it’s because how it is reported. Of course no one wants to read a fellow Jew did something wrong, and I have to assume the mom did nothing wrong, but the story does not add up.
If there are any insiders who have information on why this woman is seemingly being persecuted for no reason, please contribute.
I think that at this point the only real option is to have an inquiry done by an independant person.
Somebody on another site posted the following:
The Questions that remain unanswered
A detailed look of the entire case raises numerous questions which until today have not been satisfactorily answered by the judge, hospital, police and prosecutors. These include:
1) If the mother was the one responsible for the child’s low weight, why didn’t he gain during the week she was on vacation before she was imprisoned?
2) How come the child didn’t gain throughout the 2 years he was under doctors’ care? Didn’t the doctor notice he was losing weight?
3) How come the child was on the oncology ward if he was not given chemo as the doctors claimed?
4) How come the doctors don’t want him transferred to another hospital?
5) If the hospital claims to have proof of the mother’s abuse, why doesn’t it openly show it?
6) If the mother was indeed a mental case, why was she imprisoned instead of taken to a psychiatric hospital?
The following details of how this pregnant woman was treated in prison show that the goal of imprisoning her was not to keep her from harming her son but to break her:
7) The expectant mother was placed in a cell with an Arab woman, a convicted murderer, who was constantly threatening to kill her.
8) She was not given appropriate food, and was able to eat almost nothing for three days.
9) The jail personnel showed her food sent to her by her mother – and then tossed it in the garbage in front of her eyes.
10) Her warden ensured there was strong lights and noise in her cell throughout the night.
11) She was forced to sleep on the concrete floor with no cushion or blanket.
12) The jail personnel fed her disinformation, including that her baby was dead and that the Toldos Aharon Rebbe denounced her to his chassidim.
13) She was not allowed a change of clothing during the entire period of her incarceration.
14) Her eyes became infected, because they would not give her the lotion required for her contact lenses.
15) She was locked away for 10 days – with no one being permitted to visit her. Not family and not lawyers.
16) A number of other people who had children in the same ward of the hospital have come forward with signed statements saying how they watched this mother’s utter devotion, commitment and care for this child. Several hospital volunteers have given written statements supporting the mother 100%.
17) If there was suspicion of a mental disease, why was it not handled in cooperation with the husband and community instead of trying to break the mother in prison as if she was a criminal?
where were the askonim for these two years and why did they leave the mother to attend to her fears on her own.
EXUSE ME!!
THE 16th word in this aticle is completly unexeptable and is tottal inappropraite for a family website. The horribly offensive word is a complete spit in the face to our heimeishe beleifs.
#6 How else would you describe in English the gehenom she endured in jail for 10 days?
I cannot understand how religious Jews would give a verdict after reading or hearing only the doctor’s side of the story. Those who give a judgment after hearing or reading only one side of the story (because obviously the left media has not published the other side) are mamash motzi shem ra. Even assuming that she might be guilty without hearing her side, is cruel and not according to daat Torah.
Unlike the judges and police who only heard the words from the doctor (and have not as of yet made any investigation in the hospital), the Rabbanim and askanim investigated thoroughly all sides in this story; the mother, the doctor and the police, and claim with certainty that it’s an Alilat Dam of the year 5769. Rabbi Soloveitchik shlit”a, the Rosh Yeshiva of Brisk, does not belong to the Eidah Chareidit nor to Toldot Aron and these are the words he used.
Can there still be any doubt to the fabrications from the doctors in Hadassah Hospital?
