Unfortunately, chareidim reporting to the IDF’s Tel Hashomer induction facility over recent days have received a most unpleasant welcome from secularists affiliated with the Forum for Equal Responsibility” who are heckling and verbally abusing them.

It appears because they are positioned outside the complex; the IDF is not getting involved, not taking measures to distance them. They are waiting for yeshiva bochrim who are coming to announce they are seeking a draft deferment to permit them to continue studying torah.

On Thursday, the situation escalated to the point compelling a police response to prevent physical violence between the groups.
