It would appear there are some people who feel the end justifies the means in their ongoing hooliganism campaign surrounding the case of the so-called Munchausen mom, now threatening Hadassah Hospital Deputy Director-General Dr. Yair Birnbaum that an explosive device will be placed in his car. Police are taking all such threats seriously, adding there have also been threats against social workers and others involved in the case.
Moshe Friedman, who released a statement on behalf of the family called the threat against Birnbaum ridiculous, calling the move “pathetic”, insisting it is nothing more than a diversionary tactic intended in refocusing attention from the issues at hand. He added that “next, they will accuse chareidim of purchasing a missile from Kazakhstan to shoot down the smokestack at Hadassah”.
In the meantime, the woman remains under house arrest and is scheduled to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. She may however refuse to cooperate should Eida GAVAD Rav Tuvia Weiss rule that she should not agree to the process.
Community leaders involved in the case continue to accuse Hadassah, the state and law-enforcement officials of mishandling the case and acting inappropriately against the devoted mother.

you are implying that the same people, who rioted in order to get this mother out of jail, are the ones behind these anonimous threats. i hope you as a responsible journalist have evidence to back up this connection. or do these people who make these threats sign them with their name and number.
is it not possible that anyone who wants the Haredim to be seen in a continued bad light could have sent these threats? unfortunatley there maybe at least several people who could be placed in this category.
AND PLEASE STOP CALLING THIS MOTHER the “Munchausen mom”. It is beneath your dignity to write like this.
