The southern district prosecutor has handed down an indictment in the Beersheva Magistrate’s Court against Abed al-Rahman Talaaka, 25, A Gaza resident, who stands accused of infiltrating into Israel from Sinai to establish a terror cell and carry out terror attacks.

Talaaka was arrested a number of weeks ago, but the news of his release was only cleared for publication tomorrow. His arrest was made possible due to a tip which was processed by the intelligence community.

Officials report that during his interrogation he detailed his advanced military training and other activities on behalf of the Popular Resistance Front terror organization.
