In a meeting on Monday with NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman told the NATO chief that the international community must read the writing on the wall regarding Iran’s rapidly advancing nuclear threat.

Lieberman, who is in Europe to meet with EU foreign ministers, told Scheffer that North Korea should be a lesson to the world, and failure to prevent N. Korea from reaching its current state of nuclear weaponry has left the free world with a serious problem. He warns the same will be the case with Iran if the international community fails to take action.
