IDF soldiers involved in counter-terror operations throughout Yehuda and Shomron apprehended 8 suspects on Wednesday night.

**An Israeli was moderately injured in a rock-throwing attack near Carmel in the Southern Chevron Hills area on Wednesday evening. He was struck in the neck area with rocks thrown by Arabs.

**In Shomron, rock attacks were reported near Chawarah on Wednesday. Baruch Hashem there were no injuries.

**PM Netanyahu is seeking cabinet approval to extend the tenure of Mossad Director Meir Dagan for another year. Dagan holds the post for seven years.

**A number of terrorists were injured by IDF gunfire in the Nachal Oz Crossing area along the Gaza border on Thursday morning.

**Education officials have recalled a number of matriculation exams after errors were discovered. Errors were reported in a physics, math and literature exams. Elected officials are calling for an investigation to determine how the exams were distributed.

**Two mortar shells landed near Kissufim on Thursday morning. No injuries reported.
