According to a report appearing in the weekly German Der Spiegel, the Gaza-based Palestinian Center for Human Rights is working to prepare 936 lawsuits against Israel pertaining to the counter-terrorist military offensive known as Operation Cast Lead.
The organization’s legal head, Iyad al-Alami appears behind the initiative, working to enlist others into the effort to bring war crimes charges against Israeli officials. According to officials in the organizations, legal experts in a number of countries, including Spain and Norway, are assisting in building the cases against Israel in the hope of holding Israel responsible for her actions.

anyone can prepare a lawsuit – it is a basic civil right that anyone can file a complaint about anything – what matters in whether the claim is processed. Symbolic law suits are a common publicity stunt, and unworthy of getting attention.
I wonder how many lawsuits israel can ‘prepare’ against the palestinians for all the suicide bombings, emotion stress, ect…!!!!!
