Six additional cases of swine flu were reported in Israel during the last 24 hours Health Ministry officials announced on Wednesday morning. 39 confirmed cases have been reported since the global outbreak of the disease.
Of the six new cases, three are people who recently arrived from the United States, with a 27-year-old male admitted to Ichilov Hospital, a 72-year-old woman in Barzilai Hospital and 26-year-old woman in Wolfson Hospital.
Health Ministry officials are calling on any passenger who was on board Continental Flight 084 that returned from New York on May 30th to report immediately for medical attention if they feel any flu-type symptoms.
