At about 3:00am Wednesday morning, soldiers arrived at the Mitzpei Amichai outpost in the Kiryat Arba area, the second community targeted by Defense Minister Ehud Barak. In essence, the unauthorized outpost consisted of a tent, erected on the site where the Federman Farm used to be, which was also destroyed by the government, leaving Noam and Elisheva and their children homeless. Seven people were present at the location when the army arrived.
Activists in the area have already announced the structure will be rebuilt expeditiously.
Last week, security forces destroyed the modest community of Maoz Esther in the Benjamin Regional Council district, a number of caravan type homes and a makeshift shul. A number of families and singles were left homeless.
Earlier this week, also in Shomron, security forces arrived at Shvut Ami, located near Kedumim. They confiscated the personal belongings of residents, including talleisim and tefillin and sifrei kodesh.
Defense Minister Ehud Barak has vowed to enforce the law of the land and he has ordered all of the unauthorized outposts constructed after 2001 removed.
It appears the minister’s commitment to law and order only applies to Jewish structures, turning a blind eye to widespread unauthorized construction in the Arab sector.

Let’s face it,these Israelis new when moving there they will probably get kicked out. I’m not saying it is not hypocritical that they don’t remove arab illegal settlements.
Thats the point! Why don’t the Arabs know they will probably be kicked out? That’s what’s hypocritical about this whole thing!
Like the SS or the KGB, Barak’s blackshirts come in the dead of night to do their ung-dly work! For decades Jews worked to BUILD Eretz Yisrael, now these UnJews work to tear it down. I wouldn’t want THEIR olam habah!
