Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is most likely going to cancel his meeting in the White House, set for May 28th due to the sudden death of a grandchild. The Egyptian leader appears to be planning to send Intelligence Chief General Omar Suleiman and Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit in his place. The two will be meeting with President Barak Obama.
Obama already met with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and other regional leaders, and will be meeting with the Egyptian delegation as he prepares to announce his major Mideast peace initiative in Cairo next month.
