Arabs in Custody Following Tombstone Desecrations

arrest2.jpg11 eastern Jerusalem Arab residents, all juveniles, were arrested by Jerusalem police on suspicion of vandalizing gravestones in Har HaZeisim. A number of weeks ago, vandalism was reported in the Yemenite section of the Beis Chaim, with many stones smashed and vandalized. Anti-Semitic graffiti was also painted on some of the gravestones targeted in the racially motivated hate crime.

Following the event, Minister of Religious Services (Shas) Yaakov Margi called on police to find the culprits while increasing patrols and taking necessary action to prevent such attacks. Margi’s office applied significant pressure on police, leading to the arrests.

Some of the juveniles in custody admitted to police that after school, they would stop in Har HaZeisim to destroy the gravestones.

  1. 1st, “Margi’s office applied significant pressure on police” why only under pressure do they perform? Anyway, we will just add these goons to the pile that will eventually be released as part of the “peace Process”
2nd, Bibi should have a long “shopping list” of all the daily atrocities we incur as the chosen nation and present Obama (in case he is not aware or too blind to see). Only then we can talk about a 2-state solution.
3rd, does anyone know how this works? what if a certain president is elected who really doesn’t see any reasons to fund Israel, and decides to cut the annual $11 billion ( I think this is what we are getting) funding altogether. Could he, single handedly? Or are we protected from such, like a treaty of some sort? I would be very interested to know…… 🙂
