Shas ministers on Sunday arrived tardy for the weekly cabinet meeting which was moved up 90 minutes from its regular 10:00am starting time. The ministers were only a bit late since they had to finish davening with the exception of Minister of Interior Eli Yishai, who arrived at 10:00am.
 
The ministers daven in the minyan of Rav Ovadia Shlita, which is open to only a small number of prominent Shas officials, beginning at 7:00am and taking about an hour. Nevertheless, the ministers did not make the start of the meeting at 8:30am.
