Opponents failed in their efforts to prevent the release of a 40-minute film depicting the many miracles seen during Operation Cast Lead.
Working with the Olam HaKabala organization, Yuval Ovadia, a private individual who has done tshuva, now living a frum lifestyle, is behind the film. He gathered media footage from Israeli agencies, from the IDF and from private soldiers who managed to sneak in their own footage against regulations while operating in Gaza.
In the film we see “life threatening injuries” which later became far less serious. It addresses the many stories of Yad Hashem during the counter-terror military offensive. A soldier tells of the miracle that saved him and his troops, with conditions compelling them to leave a building shortly before it exploded.
The message of the movie is that Chasdei Hashem delivered the IDF and citizens from a murderous enemy who wishes to destroy us, pointing out the miracles in Israel as well, the endless stream of rocket fire, most landing in open areas.
The army tried to prevent the release of the film, and towards that end, prohibited interviews with soldiers in military bases.

Thank You HaShem!!!
Where can we see it?
we need to display Hashem’s miracles — “le’hagid ba’boker chasdecha ve’emunascha ba’lelos”. We also ask for Refuah in the Amida – we say “ki tehilasenu ata” – because You are our praise…part of deserving the miracles is the Kiddush Hashem that comes out of it!
