The Israeli man who was arrested after rushing the cockpit door on a Delta flight, 22-year-old Etai Atmor, has pleaded not guilty to charges of disrupting the flight in a Boston court.
Atmor was ordered to undergo psychiatric evaluation by the East Boston District Court.
According to defense attorney David Meyer, his client was on the NY-Tel Aviv flight to seek psychiatric care in Israel, explaining Atmor had a panic attack and was not seeking to take over the plane or disrupt the flight in any fashion.
