Newly-appointed Interior Minister (Shas) Eli Yishai announced on Thursday he plans revoke the citizenship of former Arab MK Azmi Bishara, who was learned to be providing information to Hizbullah (http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/article.php?p=27936).

It was learned that during the Second Lebanon War, Bishara was passing intelligence information to the terrorist organization.

Despite his treasonous act, previous interior ministers have not revoked his citizenship. Yishai has turned to the attorney general to inquire as to the legality of the planned move.
