Some of the evictees of the former Gush Katif communities on Monday petitioned the High Court of Justice in an attempt to prevent being ousted from their caravilla homes located in Kibbutz Kremia. They are trying to prevent having to move before their permanent homes are ready.

The petitioners add that they contest the contract they were compelled to sign, which contains draconian dictates such as prohibiting them from entertaining guests in their homes.
