Attorneys for Moshe Talansky, the state’s key witness in the ‘cash envelopes’ investigation against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has announced Talansky will return to testify in compliance with the state’s request.
Talansky claims that over a period of years, he gave Olmert $150,000 in cash-filled envelopes.
There appears to be some friction between the Talansky legal team and Israeli prosecutors pertaining to scheduling since Talansky is also involved in legal hearings in the United States.
