Tel Aviv police arrested a city resident who wrote calumnious graffiti on a city memorial for Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin.
The 59-year-old man in custody defaced a memorial located at City Hall, with police reporting he is a former city employee. He has admitted to his actions police report. Police add the suspect will undergo psychiatric evaluation.
