According to a report released on Friday in the daily Haaretz, quoting sources in Cairo, Israel and Hamas have reached agreement by which Israel will release 450 terrorists in exchange for Gilad Shalit.
What is not agreed upon at present is Israel’s demand that some of the terrorists following their release be sent abroad, while others be exiled to Gaza and not permitted to return to areas in Yehuda and Shomron.
At present, Hamas is unwilling to agree to this demand despite the fact it realizes the incoming administration is less likely to be as accommodating as the present Olmert-led administration.

I don’t know, but 450 and 1 seem to be a little different, especially when the 1 was taken for no reason and the 450 were taken for comitting crimes
And “send them ABROAD”????? AND WHERE MIGHT THAT BE?????? WHO IS GOING TO “RECIEVE” A BUNCH OF HORRIFIC MURDERES???????????
