Today, Tuesday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Adar, will be celebrated in Jerusalem’s Kiryat Moshe neighborhood with the dedication of eight sifrei torah in memory of the Kedoshim, the high school students murdered as they leaned over their gemoras, studying torah and preparing for the joyous month of Adar.

At 3:30pm, the ceremony to complete the letters in the sifrei torah will get underway. At 5:30pm, the hachnasas sifrei torah will get underway.

The givir who had undertaken the cost of the sifrei torah insists on remaining anonymous, to the point there is no mention of his name on the covers of the sifrei torah or elsewhere.
