An Arab youth was arrested by soldiers at the Beka’ot Checkpoint in the Jordan Valley after they realized he was carrying a gun, knife, ammunition and other unspecified weaponry. The suspect told authorities he belongs to the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

**Two Kalkilye residents are in custody after a police pursuit which led to gunfire. The suspects, residents of the PA (Palestinian Authority) autonomous area in Shomron entered a home in Misgav Dov, took car keys, and drove off with the vehicle. Police received a stolen car alert and the perpetrators tried running police over when efforts were made to prevent their escape. A pursuit resulted on Highway 6, during which police fired at the vehicle, resulting in the suspects losing control and flipping over.

**Near Shavei Shomron in Shomron, Arabs crashed into an Israeli vehicle and when the drivers got out to exchange information, the Arabs tried to stab the Jewish driver and make off with his vehicle. The suspects were apprehended and the intended victim was not injured.
